The Weathered Vessel

Fired clay, whitewashed and worn — the kind of thing that looks as though it has always been on that shelf. Each vessel carries its own surface: a mottled wash of chalk, ochre, and ash that no two pieces repeat. The texture is deliberate, the weight is real, and the form is quietly ancient.

Sits equally well on a console in the hall or a mantelpiece in the drawing room. Holds nothing at all.
